Shannon Aronson

Shannon is a co-founder and managing partner of WAAV real estate. She specializes in using her insider relationships within the professional real estate community to acquire highly profitable real estate investment opportunities.

As a real estate investor for more than 20 years, Shannon has invested in over $250M worth of multi-family properties. In 2022, she co-founded WAAV RE to provide a platform through which she could share opportunities and guide others in investing in real estate passively.

Shannon Aronson advises and leads top real estate professionals as managing partners of Keller Williams Premier Metro Group. She oversees over $2.5B in sales annually in residential and commercial properties in her brokerages.

Shannon and her husband, David Silverstrom, co-founded Solstice 620, a 501c3 foundation that performs humanitarian work in Guatemala caring for people who live in extreme poverty. Together they are currently building a medical and dental wellness center, in the mountains near El Progreso, Guatemala.
